1. Introduction

Welcome to Wiyomi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wiyomi application and services (“Wiyomi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Wiyomi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Wiyomi.

2. Account Registration and Security

You may use certain features of Wiyomi without registering for an account. However, to access all features and functionality, you must create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your account and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames or account identifiers that violate the intellectual property rights of others or that may mislead other users.

3. User Content

Wiyomi allows you to create, upload, and share content, including quiz questions, topics, characters, and images (“User Content”). By submitting User Content to Wiyomi, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing Wiyomi.
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us the license described above.
• Represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Wiyomi in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Use Wiyomi to harm, threaten, or harass any person or to promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, or harm.
• Create or submit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access unauthorized areas of Wiyomi.
• Use any automated means or script to access Wiyomi or scrape or extract data from Wiyomi.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of Wiyomi or the data contained therein.
• Use Wiyomi to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or for any other commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Wiyomi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Wiyomi without our prior written consent.

Wiyomi respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on Wiyomi infringes your copyright, please contact us with information supporting your claim.

6. Premium Services

Wiyomi may offer premium services or features for a fee (“Premium Services”). By purchasing Premium Services, you:

• Agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis.
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for such fees.
• Acknowledge that prices and availability of Premium Services are subject to change at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered Premium Services at any time.

7. Free Message Limit for Unauthenticated Users

Unauthenticated users may use Wiyomi with a limit of 10 free messages per quiz session. To continue using Wiyomi beyond this limit, you must create an account and sign in.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use Wiyomi.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on Wiyomi.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your User Content.
• Any content obtained from Wiyomi.

9. Disclaimer

Wiyomi is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We make no warranty that Wiyomi will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or be accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on Wiyomi. Your continued use of Wiyomi after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Wiyomi immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Wiyomi will immediately cease.
